The Bison
When the weather outside is frosty, get warm n' cozy with this boozy cocoa with a kick.
A winter's brew concocted by The Bison, a restaurant and watering hole nestled in the Canadian Rockies, near Banff National Park.
Ingredients
1 oz Forty Creek Cream
1 oz Park Chili Vodka
5 oz chocolate milk [/center]
Vanilla bean whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Cayenne pepper (powdered)
1 cinnamon stick
Directions
1) In your favorite mug, add 1 oz of Forty Creek Cream and 1 oz of Park Chili Vodka. Set aside.
2) In a steaming carafe, steam 5 oz of chocolate milk until the desired temperature is reached.
3) Pour steamed milk into the mug.
4) Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and cayenne pepper (just a pinch). Add a cinnamon stick and serve.
