Mango Lassi Smoothie Recipe

Mango lassi is a mainstay on Indian restaurant menus the world over. Luckily, you don't have to dine in, or order out, to savor one in style.
Lassis are super easy to make, and even more delicious to enjoy.
Ingredients
2 mangoes, fresh and ripe
1 lime
1 cup of ice
1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Cane sugar
Directions
Peel and cube the mangoes.
Add the mango cubes, yogurt and ice to a blender. (If you have a sweet tooth, use vanilla yogurt in lieu of plain yogurt.)
Cut a lime in half. Remove the seeds, then squeeze the juice from one lime half into the blender.
Add 2 to 4 spoonfuls of sugar, per your preference.
Blend until smooth.
Taste test. Add more sugar, lime juice, or ice to the mix to suit your tastebuds. Then blend again.
Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!
